This morning, I had the pleasure of attending my university’s 2025 New Year of the Snake ceremony. The event was filled with various activities, including tree planting, a main ceremony reflecting on our past year’s achievements and setting goals for the coming year, and a delightful celebratory lunch to welcome the new year.
The main ceremony stood out to me as we reminisced about the university’s 15-year journey, from its early days to its remarkable accomplishments over the years. It was inspiring to see how our university has become a leader in training, scientific research, and international cooperation. I was particularly intrigued by the mention of artificial intelligence in education and am eager to see its impact on our institution and my role in its future.
We also celebrated the 10th and 15th anniversaries of staff members who have dedicated their efforts to the university. As I enter my 12th year here, it was heartwarming to witness these milestones.
The lunch that followed was a joyous occasion, filled with lively conversations and delicious food. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating the start of a new year.
As we move forward, I am excited about the great achievements that lie ahead, both for myself and our university.
