I regret to inform everyone that sadly Robbie has passed away. He served us well for almost 8 years and although his latter years were tough on him, with several surgical operations to replace whiskers and wheel treads, he still served with honor.
However, in his stead, we have a new recruit who has been sworn into service. This new recruit has several upgraded features and appears to be a bit smarter.
I am very impressed with the recruits ability to systematically clean the apartment while generating a rudimentary map of its progress. With this recruits improved intelligence, I have also assigned the task of daily patrols at an assigned time and will be able to monitor remotely to ensure that it is working appropriately.
So far, the new recruit is living up to the memory of our poor Robbie, carrying on in his name and performing his duties with the utmost attention and due diligence.

Update. After a week, I am pleased with the performance of our recruit. His cleaning skills are exceptional in both hoovering and mopping. The apartment has never looked so clean!
